How do I place an order?
Please send us an email with your order and we will send you an invoice.
How do I pay?
Please pay via EFT, banking details can be found on our invoice. Please do not forget to send us your proof of payment so that the order may be released.
Deliveries and Collections
We make use of various Courier Companies to deliver our orders. Courier costs are based on the weight, volume and area and will vary accordingly.
Collections are strictly by appointment only.
When will I receive my order?
Your order delivery date will be confirmed upon receipt of your order.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Unfortunately not, our store is web based. We have carefully laid out our site to make it easy for you to find the item you are looking for.
Returns & Refunds
Stock correctly supplied may not be returned.
If we have incorrectly supplied any items we will make arrangements to exchange the items at no cost to you.
Any custom made orders may not be returned.
Any shortages or breakages must be reported within 48 hrs of receiving your order.
In the event of a refund, it may take up to 7 working days to process your refund. Refunds will only be done via EFT.
I cant find the item I’m looking for on your website

I would like to have an item custom made, can you assist?
Most definitely! This is what we were born to do. Please send us an email with as much info as possible, pictures are even better. We will do our best to make it happen.
Do Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ’s) apply for custom made items?
In some cases yes, and this is due to economical batch quantities – for example our Printers cannot print a single customised label due to high machine set-up costs. Where moulds are required to obtain a special shaped candle, the mould costs need to be off-set against the product selling price and hence such orders will have MOQ’s.

Are your prices inclusive/exclusive of VAT?
All prices seen on our website are final, and do not have VAT. You will not be charged extra for VAT – we like to keep things simple & honest!
