Let's work together to sort out your return.  Please follow the steps below.

  • Call or Email us, and let us know that you need to return or exchange a product

  • If the item meets our return criteria, we will provide you with a delivery address to send the product back to.

  • Wrap the product up securely to prevent damage or theft, and include any original packaging that came with the product.

  • Ship it back to us.

  • We'll check the product once we get it back that all is in order.

  • If all is in order with the product, we'll refund or credit you with the product's initial purchase amount (we don't refund delivery fees).


Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, depending on the nature of the refund and how the amount will be settled.

Please be aware of the following regarding refunds:

  • We will provide you with a voucher for all refunds, unless you specifically request the money to be paid out to you.  In this event, please email us your banking details so that we can process an EFT.
  • Delivery fees will only be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to dispatching (custom orders excepted).
  • A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any refund amount if a correctly supplied order is returned.
  • If the items are not faulty but are damaged / used, we cannot refund you.

Return Criteria

The following criteria must be met for products to be returned:

  • You purchased the product within 14 days of the return

  • The item/s have not been used

  • The item/s are in a resellable condition

  • The item/s have not been custom made
