 How can I place an order?

Select the item you would like to buy by pressing the trolley icon,
or add to cart button. When you have finished placing all the
products you want to buy into your cart, press the Checkout
button in  the top right section of the screen. Proceed with the
checkout process , where you will be required to provide delivery
details and where you can choose a payment method. Payment can
be made online  with our Payfast facility or via EFT – please mail us
proof of payment if using EFT method.

Can I pay you with a debit or credit card? 

Yes, we accept all Mastercard and Visa cards with an expiry date
on the front (including some debit cards). If you have a Maestro
card without an expiry date, then we are only able to support Absa,
Nedbank and Standard Bank at this stage. Please read more
about this on our Payments page.

Q

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be cancelled or changed if they have not yet been shipped. A request for cancellation or change must be submitted   via email. Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled or changed and will be delivered.
